Credentials
I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1993 with a degree in accounting. I began my career as a Certified Public Accountant working six years for a large regional public accounting firm specializing in tax planning for corporations and individuals. I spent a year as the Director of Operations for a local payroll company helping small business owners solve their payroll and employee benefit issues and three years as a financial advisor. Currently, I am the controller for a 100 million dollar a year financial services company.

Personal:
I have resided in Frisco, Texas since 1996. I am a native Texan; born and raised in Dallas. My wife, Mitzie, taught elementary school for twelve years in Frisco, Lewisville, and Lubbock. We have one son and have two dogs. I am an avid golfer and enjoy hunting.
